Royal Berkey Water Filter System Review

I was given the opportunity to review the Royal Berkey water filter system. Which honestly came at the perfect time because we just moved into our new home and with my 6-year-old Matilda I wanted the peace of mind that our drinking water was safe.
The Royal Berkey came packed perfectly and it was pretty simple to have it up and running in a matter of about 15 minutes or less.

I like the fact that it’s pretty portable also so it will fit in with your decor no matter where you’d like to place it.

So far everything has been great and our water tastes amazing. I would recommend this product because I believe that when you drink as much water as you are supposed to it’s always great to know that all the contaminants are out.

You can purchase your filter system here and also learn more about their products here: Royal Berkey Water System and I hope you love yours as much as we do ours.:

The Royal Berkey water filter is larger in size. Its larger capacity is more suitable for use at home with large families, travel, outdoor activities or during unexpected emergencies (or for people with high water usage).

This system comes standard with the following:

Upper and lower stainless steel chambers
Set of 2 Black Berkey filters (4 for an additional $100)
Standard spigot
2 blocking plugs
1 stainless steel lid
2 wingnuts
2 washers
1 priming button
1 rubber gasket to protect the base
The Royal Berkey system removes pathogenic bacteria, cysts, and parasites entirely and extracts harmful chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, organic solvents, radon 222 and trihalomethanes.

This system is so powerful that it can seriously remove food coloring from water without removing the beneficial minerals your body needs. Virtually no other system can duplicate this performance. And to me, that is pretty awesome!

With this system, you can use up to 4 Black Berkey purification elements, though this particular one includes 2. With the 2 Black Berkey elements, it can purify up to 4 gallons per hour, while with 4 Black, Berkey elements you can have up to 8 gallons of filtered drinking water per hour.
